13th January 2020: Maintenance We've done maintenance work on the A320-214. The aircraft will include newly-constructed seats which will feature much more quality and realism into it. 5th January 2020 Flight Information Flight Number: JQ 77 Destination: Gold Coast Aircraft: Boeing 787 Gate: 1 Reviews Check-In It takes quite a while for me to be checked in as seen from the video. Somehow, a High-Rank manager was teleported to the check-in area. But from my perspective, it seems that he or she teleported to a person while in a fuel truck. This may be due to an accident. Though the personnel did apologise to the passengers on that and the issue was solved. The fuel truck was removed afterwards. For a better experience, they should have more personnel at the check-in desk to increase the speed of checking in passengers. If possible, an automated self-check-in system would be perfect. Boarding It was smooth, as expected when at the departure gate. I like how they have a boarding system which shows the flight information and the current status of boarding. This is especially useful when new passengers are attending the flights. For your information, that system is made by J-Tech, a company owned by Mr_LongFoot. Normal boarding procedure, premium class followed by the standard ones. However, I do think that it would be much realistic and manageable to have cones placed at the sides to ensure passengers won't get out to the other area of the tarmac. This will contribute to realism as well which will enhance our flight experience. Air stairs weren't aligned properly and there was a gap in between the aircraft and stairs. Cruising The serving system was slow due to only 2 attendants on duty. During cruising, they were doing a roleplay for an emergency but I don't get what was going on at the point. The flight attendants didn't give the passengers instructions on what we should do. Immediately afterwards, the personnel gave everyone oxygen masks. I like how we can roam around the aircraft to stretch and relax.
